B. Activities:
I. Fair:
- Starting at 9:00 AM at the Musical Fountain area, within the low-rise villa area of Sunshine City.
II. Lighting Ceremony for Sunshine City Apartment Buildings:
- 5:30 PM: The technical team of the Management Board (BQL) will make an additional announcement via loudspeakers in the hallways of all floors for residents.
- Security Preparation:
- The security team ensures barriers and safety measures are completed by 6:30 PM around the main gate and the 40-meter cul-de-sac in front of Sunshine City.
- Security personnel will be stationed at the fireworks control points for each building, from S1 to S6.
- Technical Preparation:
- The technical team arranges staff at designated positions to support the lighting ceremony according to pre-agreed steps.
- From 6:45 PM:
- Residents gather at the 40-meter cul-de-sac (in front of Sunshine City).
- Around 6:50 PM, security will start the fireworks display at the project’s main gate.
- The lighting ceremony for all six buildings will then commence for residents to admire.
- After lighting the six buildings, residents will proceed to the rear lobby area while the technical team lights up the rear lobby.
- As residents move into the festival area, the technical team will illuminate the stage area and the Christmas tree. Following this, security will launch fireworks in the stage area.
III. Christmas Celebration and Welcome to the New Year 2025:
- From 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Musical Fountain area, within the low-rise villa area of Sunshine City.
The MC will follow the program script:
- Introduction to the festival program.
- Inviting the Management Board to give a speech.
- Continuation with performances, including:
- Choir singing “Silent Night” by young girls dressed in white dresses holding candles.
- Dance performance: “Happy Art” with a mix of “Christmas Vibes” and “Last Christmas” (by performers Thảo Anh, Thanh Hà, Thanh Hằng, Bảo Ly, DongMi).
- Piano performance by Mia Music: a young resident from S4-3201.
- Vocal performance: “Santa Tell Me” by Phần Lan Fis.
- Piano solo by Thanh Hà (Happy Art): “Ballade Pour Adeline.”
- A performance by the Management Board: singing “Hello Vietnam” by Mr. Phong.
- Piano solo by Minh Anh (Happy Art): “Kiss the Rain.”
- Duet piano performance by Mia Music.
- Performance by the Management Team: singing “Điệu Ví Dặm Là Em” by Lê Thị Hòa.
- Children from Sunshine City and dance group ia20: remix performance “Last Christmas” + “Mantra.”
IV. Closing Ceremony:
- The organizing committee, in coordination with the MC, will manage the following:
- Play the song “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” while the MC expresses gratitude and wishes to the Management Board, all residents, the organizing committee, and continues with the song “Happy New Year.”
- Six Santa Clauses, each holding a sign representing one of the six buildings, will walk onto the stage, carrying microphones to enthusiastically invite children to follow them to the lobby of their respective buildings to receive gifts.
- Santa Clauses will repeatedly say, “Children, come with me to your building to receive your gifts!”
- As the Santas lead the children closer to their respective buildings, fireworks will be launched at each building (security personnel will be stationed at each building to prepare fireworks from 8:00 PM).
